Thanks for all the input. I will pass it along to the board. I hadn't realized you could have the CC company text someone every time it was used. Maybe that would help calm the fears of the treasurer. I would think that writing one check to the CC would be easier for him than writing several reimbursement checks. Also if the CC had a small limit it would help too.
