under The maple tree | A former very small employee had this system - we (lead guys in the field) were issued Debit cards each associated with its own checking account. A relatively small amount of money, $500 or so, was placed I. The account to cover gas and other incidentals. We used the card as needed and brought the receipts back to the office, when the office got the receipt they did their thing and then transferred money in to replenish the account. If a larger purchase was needed, then we would get pre-approval and money would be placed in the account.
I found it worked good and kept everyone honest. Seems like it might work well for you. | |
