In a twist, do you think your running and training could cause your heart condition. I don't know if they are only wives tales or stories, but I read that your heart is only good for so many beats, by running(over beating it) you are using your beats up faster than a regular person. I mean obviously anybody can go at any time whether you're a runner or a couch potato.
