West Central Ohio | Better safe than sorry. Don't ignore symptoms. Like you I am a runner. I had ran a <50 min 10K a few months before my heart attack (age 47). Didn't really think I had any symptoms leading up to that day. Looking back on it I prolly ignored some. I knew something was wrong the day of the attack, and sought help at family dr. Ended up with 100% blockage in left anterior descending. Cardiologist said if I had not sought help right away I would be dead now. | |
