West Central Ohio | Yes I am running and also swimming and biking again! I had to stop most cardio for about 3 months after due having to wear a defibrillator vest during that time. (precaution for another cardiac arrest; didn't have another thank goodness) After that I started back and built back up pretty quick. I actually felt stronger after the heart attack than before (not unusual, prolly due to ignored symptoms). I am still not fast, never was, but my endurance is good and I think I do well for a now 56 year old. | |
