A problem with what?  If this was a sales class can we narrow the view to sales?  Is the rate ground is taken out of production due to encroachment a significant problem for ag sales.  I highly doubt the answer is yes.  What percent of productive land is taken out of production each year?  It is far less than 0.1% I bet.  Not a problem for suppliers to maintain/grow revenue with that kind of loss.  Specific locales near major cities it will be different, but as a whole it's not a major issue to suppliers.
