Sorry to my teaching friends....but the old saying goes, "Those who can't do, teach."
That being said, the teacher here probably doesn't acknowledge the urban encroachment as a big deal because he subscribes to the USDA model of trendline yields continuing to go up. So with less and less acres, supply will never be a problem.
