coast of Maine | Went to doctor sore shoulders,,",OH you have rotator cuff issues ,,do these exercises""and put frozen peas bag on it ".....friggin Quack,,,,,Terrible continued pain,go see a REAL doc to get an MRI,was an arthritis of a bone that a tendon went over,exercise was the worst thing to be doing,,,scope surgery on one shoulder then on next a couple years later,,absolutely pain free for a decade plus.See a specialist first if not already.Several friends have had muscles/tendons re attached to bone with new procedures,,almost look like carpet hooks,they are almost all fine,,good luck and always ask for a better piece of advice.. | |
