Not sure how many years ago, maybe 10 -13 years ago, both shoulders killing me. Doc says come in after harvest and do both. If it gets too bad, get a shot to tide me over. 2 weeks and go back for a shot in the worse one. Maybe sept, oct time frame. That fall and winter inflammation must have gone down for both quit hurting and no surgery.
