North of London		I have heard of that, never tried it.
When it is close to being ready I am usually standing by feeding the fire slowly and with a little fresh cold sap to knock it back when it boils up too much.

Never tried hot dogs either.
Guess I am missing out on a lot.

Do you still make syrup
