S.E. Iowa | I am going to echo what others have said, thank you John. I am not a keto purist but low carb and sugar. I have lost 40 lbs, foot pain down 80 percent and as a result way more ambitious. Went to my doctor on Friday for a mostly non eventfull covid to get my lungs checked. We talked about keto, he remarked how he has been reading about it and chemo. He said it is making chemo more effective in patients. He said it is really almost a cure all. Then he got on high fructose corn syrup and how bad it is. It really has helped me. | |
