NE ND | I am not full keto but am as low carb, no sugar as I can be. Mostly meat and veggies. If I cheat and do a few white carbs then it seems I am craving some sweets soon after. If I give into the sugar cravings I will have knee and ankle pain the next morning. Couple that with the drastic weather changes we have been having day to day and I am limping something awful. If I go back to low carb diet, it seems to work it's way out of my system within a day.
I have tried this several times. At first I was just chalking it up to coincidence but now I fully believe the sugar is causing inflammation.
A big thanks to you John for caring enough about others to share your results. Because of it I have lost weight, have less anxiety, and became more educated on my diet. | |
