SAE bolt system is far superior to metric by far. Multiple bolt head/nut sizes for a given bolt diameter in metric, plus multiple different common thread pitches gives me a fit which is why I despise metric bolts.
However I can see where other units of measurement is quicker/faster in the metric system.
Why metric?
