What makes it better?

Let's start by the chemicals that we are spraying. The rate is in oz per acre (that's liquid oz not weight oz, because their different) . How many ozs to the gal? ozs to pint? Pints to gal?
The rate of oz, pints and quarts and then convert it to gals has to be one of the worst mathematical puzzles ever developed.
With metric everything is 10. Know how many milliliters are in a liter? 1000 How much is 2500 milliliters ? 2.5 liters. Pretty simple huh.

How we ever manage to spray the correct amount really surprises me.
