Your post makes allot of sense. As an Engineer (32 yrs) in the auto industry, seeing posts hereon NAT …." I'd like to find the Engineer who designed this...." is bothersome. First off, Engineers are not perfect, and yes mistakes are made. But to hear some of these rants from people who never worked in that environment is ridicules. Sure it's easy to design something that can be easily worked on / repaired, but can YOU design it to be mass produced? Build with in a cost requirement? Design it to pass all state and federal requirements for safety, emissions, etc? Build it to insure that there will be no litigation due to someone getting injured?

This site is great for the most part, but it's unfortunate that there are too many arm-chair quarterback's, bench-racers, or carpet farmers that tend to ruin it for some,
