South Central MN | We have a completely different read on the situation. My read is much more that he is trying to give advice to new engineers coming in and trying to provide the best product to the the customer (us farmers). He honestly sounded to me like the kind of guy who would go for rides with customers and listen to them. I really don't read any of his OP as a complaint other than the part about corporate meddling, and that part is probably entirely warranted.
