NE Iowa | I don't take offense at what some folks here say - they are saying it from a position of ignorance of the entire picture. The purpose of my post was to try and remove some of that ignorance.
Having said that, there are certainly many 'bad' designs in production such as the heated seats in my pickup that have an intermittent connection caused by...........sitting on the seat. The nerve of me to sit on my seats and expect the heated seats to work......
