It would’ve still been misrepresented new or used.

Glad you idiots don’t mind that you’re buying Misrepresented equipment.

Auction Terms: Cash, Good bankable check, Credit cards. All items sold as-is, where-is with no warranties or guarantees of any kind. All items must be paid for at the conclusion of auction prior to removal from location. Everything removed within seven days. Any verbal announcement made by auctioneer will take precedence over any and all printed material. Auctioneers and their staff are not responsible for accidents. Out of area buyers please bring letter of credit. Lunch on Grounds.


Second thing to note

“Preview is welcomed and encouraged 2 Weeks Prior to Auction! 9;00 AM - 4:00 PM”

you found out that it wasn’t what you wanted, time to move on
