Hennepin, IL
How is Steercommand getting unswitched power? Battery cable or something else? I've seen something kind of similar when I cobbled together a power harness to supply continuous 12v from somewhere besides the battery on a combine. A slight voltage drop would make it do some awful weird things, and what you describe was one of many on the list. I would also be tempted to get an ethernet harness from you dealer that will go directly from the back of the display to the ECU harness. See if maybe the ethernet in your display cable is giving you fits. Another thing to try would be different combinations of starting the tractor first, and then the AL system or vice versa.
