Another doctor that does not push "keto stuff", just good whole foods. He follows "dirty" keto that perfectionists may discourage but his clinic gets results and his protocol is likely easier to follow than some of the more rigid protocols. In other words it might be easier to live with. He only recommends what the science supports also. Been at low carb for 22 years with a clinic practicing it since 2006.
