I would not be concerned with either of those. All the nutrients you need will be found in fatty meat. If you are concerned about vitamins you could take a multi vitamin. Here is one wife and I take that has a wide range of vitamins as well as some minerals. I don't think we need it but take it "just in case". Or just eat some liver once a week. Eggs are a multi-vitamin and have everything in the yolk to grow a baby chicken.
