been following the Keto somewhat Thanks to John and alot of his advice. Down 25lbs since June 13 2020. It was hard at first but cut way down on bread, (I love bread) no fried foods, no processed foods, very few potatoes, no pop diet or other wise. Have not went hungry yet, sugar count first thing in the morning is down under 110,in the evening always in the low 90s, no medicine, blood pressure is dropping down to a good area 130/77. Don't run out of energy like so many claim you will. Maybe it is just a fad but it is working and not that hard to follow. Makes eating out a little trying at times but is doable. I am 62 (so no spring chicken) Started at 255, was hoping to be 200 by Christmas, looks like I will have to get alot more serious if I am going to make that. Coming on here and seeing what others are doing and checking out the information that john puts on here is very reassuring that a better, healthier life is possible without all the medicine.
