I started the keto diet approximately 3 weeks ago and am excited on the results I’m seeing. I’m down 14 lbs already!! I just started reading about health concerns related to the diet and was wondering what yalls thoughts were and if you can counteract the negatives. The first concern I’ve read about is how this diet can be hard on the kidneys, and can put you at risk for kidney stones. The second concern is that the diet is lacking in certain nutrients. Can this be replaced with just over the counter vitamins?
