| There always has been people out there pissing on everyone’s shoes. The difference between them and now was the fact that costs were lined up with the grain loan program or rent and expenses cash flowed with the grain loan. You could pay your bills and put the crop in the bin and wait for higher prices or pick the ldp. Our rents and expenses are way higher then it should be to cash flow and just wait out the markets by storing it in the bin. Even buying land cash flowed in 2001. | |
