N MO | First farm for me is 72 acres of a square 80 and is nice and open. Fertility is p1 of 3 and K of 100. First year was 2016 and I tried corn after the previous guy pp in 2015. Corn stunted and made 83. 2017 beans made 55 and were beautiful. 2018 was really bad drought corn made 50 bu. 2019 beans had some issues and made 52. Farm changed hands at that point and I was fighting rills and ditched so convinced them to put water ways in. Now farm 62 acres and the corn looks awesome this year and pulled 40 5x6 bales off the waterways. | |
