I’m in my later 30’s.
We are pushing our operation to more of a regenerative system where feasible. Try to reduce inputs and increase profits and soil quality is what we are trying to do. If we get a bonus for that great.
My big fear is big Ag/food will figure out a way to suck the profit out of this system too eventually.
