So glad it helped you.

That is why I post what I do. In hopes the information will help someone else out as much as it has helped me.

My exercise right now consists of about 25 minutes a day three or four days a week, in addition to what ever other natural physical activity I have around the farm. Exercise is not terribly effective for losing weight but has lots of other health benefits.

Here is a guy that talks about exercise and he says you do not have to exercise a lot. He likes strength training.
