Fontanelle, IA | It looks like a lot has changed since your 20,000 bag order in November 2014 until your 5,000 bag order in July 2020.
Have you changed graphics from 2014 on your most recent order? Did you get a free plate made since you ordered 20k due to some quantity perk that you lost because you are only ordering 5k now in this run? Have you signed off on your design/plate? Your recent quote looks as though You were just ordering plain bags?
Edit: you might just want to order plain bags and sticker label them as I think this might get drawn out and you might be without the bags in the end when you need them the most?
