A bag supplier we use is u-line. They have been good to us.
what we do is instead of getting bags imprinted we get labels to put on the bags. It involves another step but the kids can do that.
Another place to check is 4imprint.com. They sell anything imprinted and are competitive.

+1 on U-line. We don't buy bags from them, but we order other items from U line regularly. Competitive pricing and great service. Pretty sure they will ship net 30, I know for certain we never filled out a bank statement or credit check deal to do business with U line.
