King City, Mo | They never mentioned the plate charge until I refused to email them bank account numbers.
The screen shot shows where I asked if $2475 was the cost and the saleman confirmed it would be with in 5-10% of that. Now they want another $9xx for this plate charge that was never mentioned. Adding 30%+ to an order is very shady.
They made an offer, I asked if the total was right and they confirmed it, it has a set value which makes it a legal agreement to my understanding and it’s documented.
I asked a private small business Advisor about it and they suggested I take this to the attorney generals office.
After getting a bad check that was never made right Our business started taking cards and built the fees into the prices. Either a card fee or a bad check it all costs.
I’m almost thinking of getting plain bags and printing our own printed stickers to put on them after this cluster they created. | |
