Subject: RE: 2017 and 2018 has been floated around

Sioux County, NWIA
Friday last week we drove on Hwy 20 almost all the way across IA, from Holstein to Dubuque. From the road the crops look good, but I wouldn’t say excellent. It seemed that at any given time it was possible to see some kind of problem whether it was from excess moisture earlier this year or from last year yet, or corn that had gone down for one reason or another. Up in our corner I am seeing and hearing that corn root worm is causing trouble even on fully traited hybrids.
