Subject: Drove through western IA

On Saturday I went up 29 to Omaha then east on 80 to 71 and took it north on past 20. It was definitely dry north of 80, Carroll county was probably some of the driest areas I drove through. There was definitely some good looking corn in areas along 71 but also some corn that was fired and rolling pretty bad. A rain would help a lot of the corn in that area and it rained on my way back.

I will say most of the corn south of Omaha looks great and I imagine SE Nebraska is going to have a very large crop unless there is a bad weather event before harvest.
