Germany | How do I go about hiring her, if she shows no real ambition now (for good reasons?) to weigh in. Like when there was a huge farm fest and she only attended as a guest for 1 hour while everybody else was working at full speed for a week or so. That showed me how much hesitation she must carry around.
Take over the farm, take my dad completly out of it and let her start?
Give her little projects to grow and gain confidence?
Not sure if I can take on my dad head on, while at the same time giving her strength and confidence to start. | |
