North Central Missouri | Take a leave from the farm. Work your job and spend time supporting your wife in raising your family. Simple is better. Complexity creates confusion. I’m 36 and have a kid and a farm. Surely your dad can hire someone to do what you have been doing and if it works for him then you can transition later. Let him carry the risk because right now your wife doesn’t want it. Being a new parent there is a lot to learn just like running a business. | |
