Germany | I try to make it a point of putting her first whenever possible. But she might still think differently and I could probably do better.
As a sidenote, don't you have the feeling the farm needs to come first from time to time? Maybe this is where the problems start, but a happy customer is more important to me than my punctual lunchbreak. This goes for my day job as well. And of course I need support from her for this kind of behaviour.
