Subject: RE: getting the word out next to impossible

coast of Maine
As I have mentioned before my wife has been on near zero added carbs for 26 months straight, was always trying to lose that 25 lbs,its all gone and then some, Though diabetes is in her family no issues with diabetes yet so we eat lots of fruit and vegetables and all types of non preserved meats. Zero products with any sugars added or colors or fungicides(most breads have it added),try to stay with 5 ingredients or less in any product.Just shopping if label says sugar put it back.We eat tremendously great meals.Lots of fish in our evening meals,No breads or potatoes.I have been eating a bit of standard diet when not with the wife, donuts etc,i started to be 100 % like her diet now a month and feel better and have started to lose that donut gut, probably encouraged by John Burns and sardines instead of donuts is bizzare but works for me,coffee and sardines at breaktime
