I'm speculating the longer you get into the diet the less your energy shortages or lightheartedness will persist.
If you are on BP medication, be mindful of the possibility of the need for reduction. A BP meter might be a good thing to check. Light headed when you rise up is good indication.
I got completely off BP medication fairly quick after I changed my diet.
