red river valley se of fargo | Yeah John knows a whole heck of alot more about the blood sugar side of things than I ever will. Like I said that's never really been an issue for me. My ketone tester just came with some blood sugar sticks so I check it occasionally for fun. One question for you John, how rapidly do the ketones in your blood change with fasting/feeding. About 4 hours after my refeed I tested the highest I've ever tested on ketones. Now I have to assume this is just carryover from the 96 hour fast right? |
