red river valley se of fargo | It's been 7 days since my last update. I've only dropped 7 lbs in the last week but im definitely losing inches.
1 meal Wednesday totalling maybe 1200 calories and now Sunday night I'll break my longest fast so far (96hrs) with a similar meal.
I said I'd report any side affects so I'll admit to being just a little light headed the last day or so. Nothing too bad. I'm just having family time this weekend so not likely to get hurt. When I'm working I'll have to be pretty conscious of that and maybe just stick to 48's.
I'm hoping to be down 100+ lbs by field work time so slowing the weight loss would be smart anyway. Thanks. |
