New York Strip. Well done, no sauce. Baked potato, green beans that were grilled in foil with butter and brown sugar, and a salad.
I think the best steak I've ever had (or at least the most memorable) was from Dierdorf & Harts in St. Louis, but my favorite "steakhouse" is wherever there's a grill and my family and friends.
