Now we're getting somewhere. Throw a little Horseraddish on the prime rib.

If it can't be a prime rib, a Ribeye grilled over charcoal. Best when cut from a fresh loin straight from IBP.

If you're ever traveling through NE SD on Highway 12, you need to stop into the Hot Spot in Bristol. Biggest and best steaks you'll ever find.
