WC Ohio | From my short stent in management:
1. The quality young people, you might find 1 out of 50 that is worth looking at. Sounds bad but out of my freshman college ag class this percentage is about right, and this was 10 years ago.
2. Word of mouth is best. Try local FFA chapter that is where I got lucky and found the last one I was looking for. Websites like Indeed are worthless. AgCarrers might be ok.
3. Gonna try to keep this out of TPP but 2008-2016 attitude in DC. Entitlement mind set.
I don’t know why the college kids only want sales other than the hours are less. I enjoy running the equipment and getting dirty way more than peddling product. | |
