Subject: Hiring help in the Agronomy world

Minnesota not quite SD
I have question for anyone who help add some insight toy question.

I have a close personal friend who manages an agronomy location. He currently is trying to find good hardworking help to help grow the business to the next level. He wants to find someone who can be an applicator and assist with agronomy sales. We got talking about this on Thursday when we were stuck together during the snowstorm.

Though why is it every college kid wants to be a strictly sales person only and wants nothing to do with the grunt work. He wants to train the right person to help him succeed and not just hand the person a customer list and say have fun but don't screw up.

My questions

Where are quality young people at these days?

How is the best way to recruit and find quality talent?

Why do young people feel they are entitled to not having to work hard?

PS anyone want a job he likely hire you lol!
