Glad that worked out.
Local city cop politely told my dad one time to clean his plate off.
I also had a plate come loose on the semi truck I was driving once. I stuck it on the dash, and later a HP drove up where I was fueling at the truck stop and asked me where the plate was. I just pointed it out on the dash and said it was coming loose. He said "ok" and went on.
Minor run-in with the po-po yesterday.
