E.Central MN | Local bowling alley/restaurant/bar business complex had evening leagues during the busy time of the summer. Some of the bowling alley patrons complained that a cop was sitting in a parking lot a few businesses away and pulling over anyone who drove out of the parking lot. They pulled over the owner after he closed up one night. That's when he got on the phone to the head of the police dept and the mayor. The officer in question was told he has better things to do than harassing a locally owned business. | |
