Anderson County Kansas | I don't disagree, but by trying to limit it all you will do is make lawyers rich. Personally I wish they would do away with all payments, but a person has to play with the hand that is dealt. If you don't others will and you lose competitiveness. If they want to try and limit big farms to one payment limit regardless of how many people are involved all it will do is the cause the farm getting split up with different owners and operators. Edit to add, I don't think a non farming spouse should get an equal payment. I am pretty sure that to get a separate equal payment they need to do half the work and own half the business for it to be legal.
