NE Colorado | Devils advocate here, why are you punishing the large operation while subsidizing the smaller one? Why is it not on a equal basis to begin with? If you look at it this way the large farms are subsidizing the smaller farms (their competition) by not taking every possible avenue to collect payments. That isn't fair or right at all, so yes reform is massively needed, but it can be argued from both sides of the track. | |
