MN | +1 very good to grab for breakfast when in a hurry
I also like to eat Quaker oatmeal squares cereal when I need something to munch on. Not too sweet, and not messy to grab a handful of. I think it’s much better dry than eating it in a bowl with milk.
If you want to get away from snacking, drink more water and eat larger meals. I eat until I am full every meal. No room for deserts, and by the time I’m hungry it’s getting close to the next meal so I wait it out. I have a very high metabolism and I think eating large meals without a lot of food in between keeps it working.
