Get a loaf of bread, (will last a long time in fridge), miracle whip or mayo, some sliced sandwich meat and sliced cheese. Skip chips and pop. Bottled water or coffee. Apples, baby carrots, maybe some sandwich bags of celery slices.
Grainola bars too, but limit to one a day.
