Anamoose, ND | Thanks folks....all good ideas to share with my wife. She must love me since she apparently wants me to be around a long time....thats a good thing. I can tell the last few years I have put a few pounds on, especially in the winter months. I know a lot of that has to do with my eating habits. First on the list to go is the soda. I think we are also planning on me taking a small sandwich out to the shop when I know I’m going to be out there all day. I am not a big eater by any means but I sure like to graze throughout the day and most of what I graze on is junk food. I find that during the busy times of the year, especially when it is hot out, I tend to eat less but healthier. A lot of the reason for that is Amanda packs me a cooler with a sandwich, water and power aid and that normally gets me through the whole day, I hate hot weather and eating so I drink more water then. | |
